Maintenance Specialist III
Coordinates and supervises maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment.
Responsible for safety and environmental compliance.
Develops specifications and prepares detailed cost estimates of equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, etc., for various projects and or equipment repairs.
Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
Ensures preventive maintenance programs and procedures are followed.
May administer training programs to ensure proper operations, preventative maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
Major Responsibilities:
- To achieve preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance services contracted.
(Negotiate costs, administrate activities)
- Support Maintenance Manager on KPI indicators
- Knowledge of emergency installations (Fire system, Power Installation, etc.)
- Provide spare parts and materials for the machinery operation and building maintenance.




- Monitor and control fluids used in the operation (soluble, oils)
- Knowledge of medium and low-voltage Electrical Energy systems
- Knowledge of water treatment system
- Oversees work of maintenance technicians
- Experience managing cost and budget
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related
- Experience.
3+ years in Maintenance/facility management.
- Broad knowledge/proficiency of computer productivity tools & internet e-commerce capabilities.
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
Travel: Occasionally
Visa and passport updated
