Based in Mexico City as part of OLIVER's LATAM in-house studio, you'll be the front-line specialist responsible for community engagement, brand voice, and real-time social presence across a portfolio of leading household brands. From always-on publishing and reactive cultural moments to creator collaborations and community insight, you'll help ensure these brands show up consistently, authentically, and at the right moment.
THE ROLE:
This isn't a scheduling role. It's a community-first role: One that sits at the intersection of brand voice, social culture, and genuine human connection.
You'll manage the day-to-day social presence of a leading household brand portfolio in Mexico, monitoring platforms, responding to communities, identifying cultural moments, and coordinating content delivery with the wider studio team. You understand what makes Mexican audiences stop scrolling, and you know how to apply a brand's tone of voice in a way that feels platform-native rather than corporate.
We're looking for someone organised and fast-moving, with a real passion for social and a genuine feel for Mexican digital culture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Execute surprise and delight initiatives that build brand loyalty and reward community participation
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with brand advocates and key community members; surface user-generated content opportunities for the wider team
Content Planning & Cultural Moments
- Manage brand handles across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms, coordinating always-on publishing with campaign activations and reactive opportunities
- Monitor cultural conversations,
trending topics, and viral formats daily — flagging relevant moments to the team and acting on them while they're still relevant
- Coordinate with content creators and the creative team to ensure social content is on-brand, platform-optimised, and delivered on time and brief
- Bring community perspective into content planning conversations, translating audience behaviour and sentiment into actionable creative input
Monitoring, Insight & Reporting
- Track community sentiment, conversation themes, and competitor activity, documenting insights for the strategy team and flagging potential issues or crisis situations promptly
- Use social analytics tools to track performance and support data-informed content decisions
- Manage newsroom operations and contribute to weekly brand meetings with marketing stakeholders
WHAT YOU BRING
- Solid experience in social media management, with a focus on organic social for consumer brands — ideally in household, FMCG, personal care, or consumer goods categories
- Good platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels, with an understanding of content formats, Mexican audience behaviour, and platform best practices
- Competent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt brand voice confidently across different platforms, formats, and audience expectations
- Experience managing social content calendars across multiple platforms, balancing proactive planning and reactive content at pace
- Experience coordinating with content creators, influencer partners, and creative teams to deliver social content on time and on brief
- Experience using social analytics and reporting tools to track performance and inform content decisions
- Clear, organised communication skills, with the ability to contribute to client-facing updates and presentations
- A genuine feel for Mexican social culture, digital trends, and the everyday rhythms of household and consumer life
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines without losing sight of quality
- Professional proficiency in English is also required for brand and team communication
Gen AI & Agentic Thinking
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grammarly) to support content ideation, copywriting, trend research, and reporting
- Experience building personal AI workflows to improve efficiency and quality across a multi-platform workload
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgement to ensure brand accuracy and authentic audience engagement
- An agentic approach to your work: able to self-organise, prioritise effectively, and find efficient solutions independently
NICE TO HAVE
- Background in an in-house agency, embedded studio, or social-specialist environment
- Familiarity with social commerce, paid social amplification, or integrated campaign planning
- Experience with influencer and creator management platforms
- A background in editorial, journalism, or content creation
