Job Summary Job Description

To support our outstanding teams who create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are seeking a Asociate Security Supervisor in North Guadalajara. Your objective is to ensure a safe work environment for operations.

A typical day includes:

- Experience performing a similar role in asset security, monitoring security systems, and implementing security measures within manufacturing or corporate facilities.
- Knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, intrusion alarms, and related electronic equipment.
- Experience with network infrastructure and connectivity related to security systems.
- Basic to intermediate programming and troubleshooting skills for security platforms, automation, or system integrations.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with security certifications, standards, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, CTPAT, TAPA, ISO 9001, or similar certifications is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, audits, investigations, and security-related projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- English conversational is a plus.





Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related).
