Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for executing full-cycle accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the month-end close process. The idóneo candidate has strong hands-on accounting experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare journal entries, accounting adjustments, and maintain the General Ledger.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Execute month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain supporting documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and accounting transactions.
- Support compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and company procedures.




- Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Assist with process improvements and other accounting-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Proven experience with:

-Accounts Payable (AP) -Accounts Receivable (AR)

-Bank and account reconciliations

-General Ledger maintenance

-Journal entries and accounting adjustments

-Month-end close

- Experience using QuickBooks Online required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
