Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Mexico

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team and play a key role in connecting highly skilled engineering talent with leading companies in the technology and engineering space.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting role focused on the US market, with opportunities to work across both software and hardware engineering positions. The idóneo candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working within VMS programs and motivated by delivering strong results while building meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to placement and contractor support.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to match the right people with the right opportunities.
- Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods.
- Conduct technical interviews and guide candidates through every stage of the process.




- Partner with internal Account Managers to ensure timely submissions and successful placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and job records within our ATS (Bullhorn).
- Track recruiting metrics to measure progress and drive improvement.
- Stay up to date on market trends and hiring needs in technology and engineering fields.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for technical engineering roles (hardware and software).
- Successful track record of managing multiple high-volume requisitions within VMS programs.
- Familiar with submitting candidates quickly within 24-48 hours.
- Strong communication and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience using an ATS or CRM (Bullhorn preferred).
- Passion for helping people find meaningful work and thrive in their careers.
- Advanced English level
