Job Summary
The Delivery Business Systems Analyst Jr. will be based in Guadalajara North campus, reporting to the IT Manager.
In this role, you'll be in charge of analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient.
Supporting the IT system development projects team for the business, responsible for administering and maintaining the organization's information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Determinate required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation in order to meet customer's requirements.
- Analyze new requirements
- Supervise staff on the determination of methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Write functional and technical specifications for developers
- Analyzes,



defines and documents system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls and outputs.
- Analyzes and estimates feasibility, cost, time, compatibility with other systems and computer capabilities.
- Determinate required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation in order to meet customer's requirements.
- Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Verify newly developed processes
- Develop impromptu reports according to user's requests
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- SQL server knowledge.
- English.
