**Position Purpose**
This position is responsible for coordinating all executive, electrical, HVAC projects, internal guidelines, project specifications, meeting deadlines and resolving architectural issues, ensuring quality of deliverables
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Coordinate and priorizite the activities of the design team in order to complain the given dead lines.
- Coordinate and review information that is shared with the other teams in the StoreDev Department and external collaborators.
- Review and solve architectural problems, to be able to send all the necessary information for the construction of new stores
- Coordinate the negotiations and the payment information that is shared with external specialists
- Monitoring and control in site of the construction for the new stores.




- Coordinate the internal design guidelines and specifications of architectural projects
**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Business/Construction
Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
Type of Experience: Experince in Construction industry, with emphasis on fast track reatil construction
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, construction estimating, and scheduling
Other/Preferred: Bilingual capabilities, strong managerial skills
