Lead the plant's quality function, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality standards.

Manage incoming inspection, process quality controls, and final product validation activities.

Drive customer quality performance, responding effectively to quality concerns and ensuring robust corrective actions.

Coordinate audits, certifications, and compliance activities related to automotive industry standards.

Oversee supplier quality performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.

Partner with production, engineering, logistics, and corporate teams to ensure successful launches of new programs.

Build and develop a high-performing quality organization focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Support company objectives through data-driven decision-making, root cause analysis, and proactive risk management.

Lead quality strategy in a general automotive manufacturing environment.Drive quality excellence and new program launches with global exposure.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Automotive Quality.





Strong experience managing quality systems and customer requirements within automotive manufacturing..

Deep knowledge of automotive standards including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and VDA 6.3.

Experience leading internal, customer, and certification audits.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Customer-facing experience with OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers.

Advanced English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.

Experience in automotive interiors, seating systems, leather, textile manufacturing, or safety-critical products is highly desirable.

SAP experience preferred, though not mandatory
