General Sales Support
In this role, you will support sales operations by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate sales data, and helping the team deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Your role:
- Support the sales team by managing order processing, maintaining inventory records, coordinating delivery schedules, and assisting with meeting and travel arrangements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain sales documentation and customer records, ensuring accuracy of sales orders, pricing information, contracts, and customer data within CRM systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support by resolving routine operational and sales-related issues while following established processes and compliance requirements.
- Analyze sales and market data to prepare reports, support sales presentations and proposals, and identify trends and opportunities that help drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, maintain sales support tools and resources,



and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

You're the right fit if:
- You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Your skills include administrative support, data management, documentation, reporting, and attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working with CRM systems, sales support tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- You have strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proactive, organized, and motivated to learn while working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- You have intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
