Position Summary

AGSE Mexico is seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to lead its Querétaro manufacturing operations supporting the aerospace industry. This role will oversee advanced fabrication, welding, CNC machining, assembly, finishing, quality, supply chain, and site administration functions in support of both domestic and international customers.

The Site Manager will play a critical role in building and leading a high-performing manufacturing operation modeled after AGSE’s established U.S. operations. This position is idóneo for a hands-on operational leader with deep aerospace manufacturing experience, strong leadership capability, and a passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Operations Leadership

• Provide hands-on leadership for day-to-day operations of the Querétaro facility
• Ensure timely and high-quality production of aerospace ground support equipment and fabricated assemblies
• Oversee fabrication, welding, CNC machining, assembly, finishing, quality, supply chain, and HR functions

2. Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

• Lead the ramp-up and ongoing development of a greenfield manufacturing site
• Establish processes, workflows, and operational structures aligned with AGSE standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, lead time, and cost reduction
