- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Data Analyst** with over 8 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various departments to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize performance, and support the organization's goals.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Data _
- Gather, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to integrate data into analytical systems.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.
- Data _Analysis & Interpretation:
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights, trends, and patterns that will influence business strategies and decisions.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, clustering, time series analysis) to derive meaningful insights.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Business _
- Design and develop dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Provide timely and actionable reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and improvement in reporting and analysis processes.




- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:_
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and senior management to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytical techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex data in an accessible manner.
- Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling:_
- Build and implement predictive models to forecast trends, customer behavior, and business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven business strategies by providing advanced analytical insights.
- **Technical**_ **Skills**:
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Expertise in data manipulation, transformation, and integration using tools such as Excel, SQL, and ETL platforms.
- Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
**ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL**(Will be evaluated).
