Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of previous experience of Sage X3 implementations, administration and support on client sites.
- Hands on experience as a Developer on Sage X3.
- Good understanding or knowledge of Sage X3 ERP solutions implementation / customization.
- Good experience working on REST API / Web API Entity Framework or similar API development tools.
Job Responsibility
- Design, develop, and customize Sage X3 solutions to meet business requirements, including enhancements, module developments, and system integrations.
- Assist with patches upgrades and deployment of additional module.
- Work directly with clients to understand their technical needs and translate them into actionable development tasks.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions using Sage X3 tools and third-party reporting tools.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting,



and system maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the Sage X3 ERP system.
- Follow release processes.
- Work closely with internal consultants and end-users to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides for developed solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed
- Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
