Job Purpose

Provide support to the Procurement and Central Negotiations department in supplier management, quotation analysis, and negotiation processes, contributing to cost optimization, on-time delivery performance, and the strengthening of business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with internal procurement and sourcing policies.
- Participate in supplier meetings to follow up on agreements and business opportunities.
- Collaborate on cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Support the preparation of departmental reports and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update supplier databases and related documentation.




- Follow up on purchase orders and commitments agreed upon with suppliers.
- Prepare comparative supplier analyses based on cost, quality, and service.
- Participate in negotiation processes related to pricing, delivery schedules, commercial terms, and contracts.
- Request, collect, and compare quotations for materials, products, and services.
- Support the identification, evaluation, and development of potential suppliers.

Requirements

- Availability to work the required internship schedule.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Expected graduation date within one year.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
