- Enter and track purchase orders, confirm delivery timelines with suppliers, and follow up on order status.
- Support the analysis of supply chain data (lead times, order accuracy, fill rates) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records in planning and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity across reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve order or shipment discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries on inventory status, forecast accuracy, and planning metrics for the team.
- Participate in S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings and take notes on action items and follow-ups.
- Assist with special projects related to process improvement, systems implementation, or supply chain analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–1 years of professional experience; internships or co-ops in supply chain, logistics, or operations are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in spreadsheets and data sets.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
- Previous SAP ERP System Knowledge is an asset.
What We Offer
- Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced supply chain professionals.
- A clear growth path toward Supply Chain Planner and beyond.
