Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring material availability to support production requirements, driving effective production planning and scheduling, optimizing inventory levels, and overseeing warehouse operations for both raw materials and finished goods.
The adecuado candidate will combine strategic planning capabilities with strong operational execution, ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, planning, production, logistics, and warehouse functions to support customer demand, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business objectives, customer requirements, and operational targets.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) and demand planning processes to ensure alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels.
- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, and supplies required to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Oversee material planning activities, inventory management, and replenishment processes to optimize working capital while maintaining service levels.
- Manage production planning and scheduling processes to maximize manufacturing efficiency, resource utilization, and on-time delivery performance.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure effective execution of supply chain plans.
- Lead warehouse operations for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, material traceability,
storage optimization, and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and improve key supply chain performance indicators, including inventory turns, forecast accuracy, schedule attainment, inventory accuracy, service level, and on-time delivery.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, improve inventory management, and strengthen operational stability.
- Manage and develop supply chain personnel, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Support ERP optimization initiatives and ensure data integrity across planning, inventory, procurement, and warehouse management processes.
- Participate in strategic projects related to capacity expansion, inventory optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Materials Management, or Operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (PP, MM, WM; PS is a plus) and planning tools.
- Bilingual English–Spanish (advanced communication required).
- Other requirements: VISA and Passport
- Availability to travel: <5% annual

- Experience working in complex manufacturing environments with dynamic customer demand.
- Experience supporting S&OP; processes and cross-functional decision-making.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Control, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Warehouse Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Kanban and inventory strategy implementation.
- Skilled in problem-solving tools and Lean system methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including database management and macros.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams
Certifications (preferred)
- APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management)
- APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
- CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution)
- Lean Manufacturing Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
