**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Shipment Tracking**:
- Monitor the real-time location and status of shipments using tracking systems.
- Update databases and maintain accurate records of delivery timelines.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment updates.
- Notify stakeholders of any delays, issues, or changes in delivery schedules.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipment data or delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with carriers and warehouses to address issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of shipments, delays, and resolutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the logistics process.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure shipments comply with legal, safety, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage shipment-related documents, such as bills of lading and customs paperwork.
- **Customer Support**:




- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment status.
- Provide exceptional service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in shipment tracking software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements is a plus.
Pay: From $17,****** per month
**Experience**:
- Track & Tracing using Aljex and Mcleod: 2 years (required)
- of working experience in the US Freight Industry.
