We are PXI Automotive Mexico, a company in the automotive metalworking sector.
Due to growth, we are looking for a **Planner Analyst** to perform the following activities:
1. Create master plan and production plan according to customer orders and
forecast.
2. Daily release production orders to workshop to ensure smooth production
and high delivery performance.
3. Perform all tasks directly involved in preparation for production,
taking account of the order situation, production capacities, stock levels,
delivery for an optimum production sequence.
4. Priority and balance production plan based on project timeline and
customer order emergency situation.
5. Closed communication with all of stakeholders, no limited in planning
team /production/quality/engineering/warehouse for production order tracking
and monitoring.
6. Customer order confirmation to order fulfillment team to meet customer
request.

Inventory control for semi-finished goods & finished goods.
8. Production capacity calculation, balance, and control.
9. Follow up product engineering change, responsible for regularly
reviewing and tracking change status, communicate and implement changes, reduce
slow-moving inventory happened due to the changes.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English (C2 leves is a must)
- 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Good communication and learning ability, with strong goal orientation and
self-drive.
