Work modality: Hybrid (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 2 day per week) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Engineering to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise endpoint management solutions across the organization.
This role involves diagnosing and resolving complex incidents escalated from L1 support teams, supporting enterprise workplace technologies, and collaborating with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver reliable IT services.
The adecuado candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID ,



application packaging and deployment, endpoint automation, and modern device management.
This role will be responsible for driving endpoint transformation initiatives, implementing best practices, improving endpoint security and compliance, and delivering automated solutions that enhance the end-user digital experience.
The candidate will collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, application, and service delivery teams to support a modern workplace environment.
