Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Materials Planning Analyst _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the Material Planning Analyst, Materials Planning Analyst role involves_ _being Responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Responsible for creating reports using a variety of tools and methods._
- _ Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends._
- _ Will be required to document procedures and create work instructions for other users._
- _ May coach or provide guidance to lower-level support analysts._
- _ Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics,



PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking._
- _ May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection._
- _ Audits data.
Challenges and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations._
- _ Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics._
- _ Where applicable, suggest _process/communication_ improvements relative to metric tracking activities._
- _ Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required._
- _ Daily review of RMA transactions_
- _ Create weekly purchase orders including all client parts_
- _ Receive data entry for clients_
- _ Update content list and item master_
- _ Prepare DPT packing list for LCAD repairing_
- _ Window to client material (consigned parts) supply_
- _ Window to client bulk RMA service_
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ Fluent English MANDATORY_
- _ Material Planning experience_
- _ Experience in electronic manufacturing companies_
- _ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations_
- _ Relationship-building_ and management skills are also a plus_
- _ Nice to have NPI experience_
- _ knowledge in Baan_
