Objetivo:

Garantizar la disponibilidad, funcionamiento y condición optima de los herramentales utilizados en el area de Winding, mediante actividades de Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, ajustes, reparación, fabricación y mejora de dispositivos, contribuyendo a la continuidad del proceso, calidad del producto y cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción.

Responsabilidades:

- Realizar Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo a Herramentales, Dispositivos y componentes utilizados en Winding.
- Ejecutar Ajustes y Reparaciones de Herramentales para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
- Diagnosticar Fallas y Realizar Troubleshooting en dispositivos y herramientas del proceso.
- Fabricar, modificar o adaptar componentes de acuerdo con las necesidades del proceso.
- Realizar cambios de Modelo y ajustes de herramentales en las máquinas de Winding.
- Verificar dimensiones,



condiciones y funcionamiento de los Herramentales antes de liberación.
- Mantener Herramentales Identificados y Organizados y disponibles para los cambios de modelo.
- Participar en la implementación de mejoras para reducir tiempos de cambio, paros y defectos relacionados con los herramentales.
- Analizar las causas de fallas recurrentes y proponer acciones para evitar su repetición.
- Apoyar a Producción, Ingenieria y Calidad en oportunidades relacionadas con Tooling.
- Mantener registros de Mantenimiento, reparaciones, modificaciones y condiciones de los Herramentales.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos de Seguridad, Calidad establecidos por la empresa.

Requerimientos:

- Escolaridad Técnica - Ingeniería
- 1 año de experiencia
- Interpretación de planos
- Manejo de Instrumentos de medición
- Manejo de herramientas eléctricas (moto-tool, esmeriladora, taladro etc.)
- Conocimiento en ajustes y tolerancias
- Experiencia previa en administración y mantenimiento de herramientas.
