**Role's Mission**
**Key responsibilities**
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies using a strategic and creative approach, adapting them to the specific business needs.
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify trends, actionable insights, and improvement opportunities in various areas of the company.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, product, design) to translate research insights into concrete business decisions.
- Produce engaging reports and presentations that inspire action.
- Stay informed about consumer trends, new research tools, and innovative research methodologies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Administration or a related field.
- 2-5 years experience in user research, market research, or data analysis.
- Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative tools and methodologies (interviews, surveys, basic statistical analysis, etc.).
- Ability to use data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience in fintech, startups, or technology companies is a plus, but not required
