Are you fluent in English and passionate about providing top-tier customer service?
We're looking for talented individuals to join our team!
Location: Colonia Del Valle, CDMX
Work Type: Work from Home
What You'll Do:
Provide outstanding customer support over the phone.
Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries on orders, billing, returns, and more.
Develop expertise in The Home Depot's products, services, and policies.
Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
English Proficiency: C1 or Native level required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Representative.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills: Sharp, proactive,



and self-motivated with a friendly and professional attitude.
Legal Requirements: Mexican ID, High School Diploma (or equivalent)
What We Offer:
**Salary**: $14,000 MXN/month
WFH Bonus: $1,000 MXN/month
Performance Bonus: $2,000 MXN/month (after operations)
Paid Training: Up to 5 weeks (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, TBC)
