**Job Summary**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the region.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and webinars to enhance brand visibility.




**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of the LTAM market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
- Fluent in English and other local languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
