**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**
As Transitions Management Associate Manager your responsibilities would consist of:
- Lead as PMO the all sectors projects; demand shaping, work planning, risk management, issues reporting, stake holder management, and transition execution.
- Lead and facilitate demand intake sessions and demand shaping process with stakeholders.
- Lead a team of PMOs to deliver the best results to the business.
Qualifications:

**Education**
- Bachelor's in engineering, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management
**Experience**
- 5-7 years of experience in project management and preferable experience in redesign of business processes




- Level of English needs to be high due to the interaction with the General Groups
- Preferable having a project management certification
- Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
- Software Experience:
- Need to manage office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Preferable MS Project
- Preferable Visio or Aris
- Availability to Travel
