- _Designing, developing, deploying, and testing solutions for clients._ _
- _Providing on-going support, professional services, and consulting to clients._ _
- _Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients by responding to help desk calls and tickets._ _
- _Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions for clients._ _
- _Deliver platform demonstrations for sales prospects._ _
- _Working with clients and the development team to identify platform bugs and enhancements._ _
