We are looking for an experienced EHS leader to own environmental, health, and safety performance across Mexico operations and project sites, while providing regional EHS oversight across Latin America.
This high-impact role combines regulatory and compliance leadership in Mexico with project-based EHS support across the region.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement EHS standards, protocols, training programs, audit practices, and performance metrics that support safe and successful project execution.
This is a high-ownership position for someone who can combine technical expertise, field presence, data analysis, and strong communication with internal teams, contractors, customers, and leadership.
What You Will Do Mexico Regulatory Portuguese is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of EHS standards, protocols, and performance.
Willingness to travel across Mexico and Latin America as required.
