**Job Role/Responsilities**:
As a member of OAL Data Migration team, you will collaborate closely with general business teams to gather requirements and independently design robust migration solutions.
Your responsibilities will include developing system integration components within Oracle Cloud and optimizing complex database code to enhance performance during migration activities.
The role encompasses working on challenging, multifaceted projects that span the entire development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, and implementation.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Graduate from a reputed university, with a proven academic records.
- Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience with a strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, DML, and APEX,



is advantageous.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure components and JavaScript is advantageous.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams at various levels to gather functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
