**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH**
The MSC NDDC Ops Manager will work collaboratively across Nike and external Partner commercial and supply chain teams; and will manage a team of supply chain specialists and analysts.
By using strong leadership skills, cross-functional business knowledge, and supply chain expertise to deliver product on time to digital consumers, maximize supply chain efficiencies, and optimize order book productivity.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on marketplace supply chain, transportation, and/or logistics
- Ability to effectively communicate, manage difficult conversations with stakeholders, and influence decision making across teams
- Experience, interest, and ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment




- Digital commerce and omni-channel supply chain experience preferred
- Understanding of Nike Sales and Order Management processes preferred
**WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON**
- Responsible for coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Responsible for working with internal and external cross-functional partners to maintain a shippable order book, drive optimal delivery performance, provide delivery visibility, and problem-solve operational risks
- Working cross functionally to improve & maximize the digital operational process targeting efficiencies and profitability
- Monitor day-to-day operations and key KPI's to manage risks and opportunities, with monthly reviews with stakeholders
- Work across marketplace supply chain teams to streamline best practices
