Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing labor standards, operation procedures, and equipment data at BOC Juarez.
Engineering shall also provide technical support to the manufacturing organization to achieve the overall manufacturing goal of consistently producing quality low-cost products.
Make strategies to validate new equipment and capital projects, make CR ́s, IQ ́s, OQ ́s, PQ ́s and software validations.

.Responsible for supporting the manufacturing processes area through:
- Development of new manufacturing processes,



maintaining Safety, Quality & Efficiency.
- Analyze Quality and Productivity trends, for the identification of Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis and can manage most crises.
Can define Problem Statement and communicate action plan to team members.
Identifying, acquiring and qualifying new production technologies.
- Design work methods, estimation of labor standards, distribution of equipment, installation of production lines and the implementation of processes under a lean manufacturing approach.
- Develops Project Plans, has some review points to drive execution.
Allocates resources across most competing priorities.
Successfully executes most projects.
- Make the necessary changes and improvements to improve the process and/or eliminate quality problems in the product.
- Improve productivity by implementing solutions that reduce the cost of manufacturing the product.
- Timely execution of special projects as required by plant management.
