**What You'll Do**:
- Provide outstanding customer support over the phone.
- Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries on orders, billing, returns, and more.
- Develop expertise in Retail Customer's products, services, and policies.
Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
**What We're Looking For**:
- English Proficiency: C1 or Native level required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Representative.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel,



and PowerPoint.
- Skills: Sharp, proactive, and self-motivated with a friendly and professional attitude.
Legal Requirements: Mexican ID, High School Diploma (or equivalent)
**What We Offer**:
- Salary: $14,000 MXN/month
- WFH Bonus: $1,000 MXN/month
- Performance Bonus: $2,000 MXN/month (after operations)
- Paid Training: Up to 5 weeks (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, TBC)
