**JOB DUTIES**
- Utilize various methods for lead generation, such as online job boards and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Gather, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.




- Special projects as requested by Human Resources Director.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proficient in English; Verbal and Written.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of full-lifecycle.
recruiting, experience within agency recruiting is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as ADP.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
Pay: $30,****** - $40,****** per month
