About the role

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional software development initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. In this role, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver strategic projects that drive business impact.

You will be responsible for managing projects from discovery through deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and can confidently balance competing priorities while driving projects to successful delivery.

This is a highly hands-on technical role. We’re looking for a Project Manager with a Tech Lead mindset—someone who can work day-to-day with a software engineering team, understand the technical architecture and implementation details of what is being built, challenge technical trade-offs, and drive delivery from requirements through deployment.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager working closely with software engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in a technology company, preferably within a SaaS environment.




- 3+ years leading software development projects with defined schedules and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional technical programs successfully.
- Experience with project planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Roadmunk .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline.
- Strong communication skills in the English language (verbal and written).
- Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-growing environments with evolving priorities.

Nice to have:

- Scrum Master, Scaled Agilist, or PMP certification.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams.
- Experience defining program strategy, presenting to senior leadership, and driving end-to-end delivery.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Previous experience in large-scale software development organizations.
