**Description**:
Manages tasks related to taxes, insurance, and loss drafts.
Processes certificate activations and monitors escrow analyses.

**Qualifications**:
- Intermediate English.




- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, Finance/ Accounting, Legal, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of three years' experience in mortgage loan servicing required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and basic computer operation required.
- A general knowledge of mortgage banking processes, terminology, documents, etc.
- Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required.
- High level of creativity required in order to solve problems.
