**About The Role**:
NOTE: This is NOT a remote position.
The applicant must be able to work from our Puebla, Mexico office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers by providing accurate product information and addressing questions or concerns in a helpful and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting technical problems, resolving billing disputes, or addressing product/service-related questions.
- Have a deep understanding of Logos' products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.




- Identify root causes and provide solutions or escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams if necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent bilingual communication skills - both written and spoken.
- Customer care support.
- Management of hardware and software on computer and mobile devices.
- Be able to troubleshoot technical issues regarding program errors and search for solutions through online resources.
- Understand and be able to explain hardware and software terms to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong multi-tasking skills (typing, speaking, and listening).
