We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a** Functional Tester**
**Job Summary**
Healthcare knowledge is a must.
This role is open to hire in Mexico City, Guadalajara or Monterrey.
Strong SQL expertise is a must
**Responsibilities**
- Utilize test metrics and reporting tools to track and communicate testing progress and results.
- Manage and maintain SNOW for tracking and resolving testing issues.
- Implement and utilize various testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Perform manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to validate workflows.
- Use Rally for managing test cases defects and project tracking.
- Leverage HP ALM for test management and execution.
- Employ Jira for issue tracking and project management.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Ensure testing processes align with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide detailed test documentation and reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in test planning design and execution phases.




**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting.
- Have hands-on experience with SNOW for issue tracking.
- Show expertise in various testing tools and frameworks.
- Exhibit skills in manual end-to-end BPA testing.
- Be proficient in using Rally for test management.
- Have experience with HP ALM for test execution.
- Demonstrate capability in using Jira for project management.
- Possess basic programming skills for test script creation.
- Have domain experience in Payer.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show strong communication and collaboration skills.
Be detail-oriented and able to provide comprehensive test documentation.
