We're looking for a fully Bilingual Systems Engineer with experience troubleshooting network and internet connectivity issues who's interested in automation projects and is looking to expand in that area.
The job is 100% on site.
**Responsibilities**:
Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues
Configure routers, switches, and modems for small businesses
Provide hands-on technical support and ensure network security
User Support
Installation and Configuration of systems
Maintain IT infrastructure
Automation projects
Network Administration and set up
**Requirements**:
Bilingual English
Experience in network setup and troubleshooting
Experience in Google Suite, GCP,



and Azure administration experience, including IAM management
Setup and manage technology for video conferencing, meeting room reservation, across multiple office locations in the US
Managing and maintaining software expenses
Hardware asset tracking
Strong knowledge of IP addressing, firewalls, and VPNs
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
Strong skills in handling large datasets and solving technical issues
Advanced SQL for data management and analysis
**The offer**:
$30,000 to $45,000 per month, according to experience
