**Supply Planning Support**
**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Responsible to keep updated and follow up for rejection and complaints from suppliers.
Also, continuous improvement with the suppliers through weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings.
- Responsible for reporting forecast for the suppliers.
- Responsible for the appointment system and guarantee that the information in this system is accurate and according to the Purchase Orders.
- Lead the PSS activities in Planning: Re control, Planning dashboard, outdated orders, PPA, SOTIF, Responsible for POs update in order to have actual information in SAP and other tools.
- Assure a Supplier OTIF of 95% for the raw and packaging material suppliers for the Lerma Plant.




- Supervise the material supplier's performance to grant the delivery on time.
- Monitor and speed up the material's release from Quality to grant the availability for productions.
- Confirm the reception of the Purchase Order by the suppliers.
Warn to the planning team about any risk in APO for materials.
- Analyze and recommend actions to improve the material planning.
**Who You Are**:
- Career: Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration or similar.
- Special Knowledge: SAP and MS Office.
- Languages: Spanish (Fluent), English (Intermediate).
- Work experience: 2 years of experience in Warehouse Administration / Shipping Control / Planning / Procurement
