Estamos buscando un(a) Coordinador(a) de Atención y Servicio al Cliente que combine liderazgo operativo, enfoque en el cliente y visión de mejora continua para impulsar experiencias de servicio excepcionales.

¿Cuál será tu misión? Dirigir la operación de servicio asegurando el cumplimiento de niveles de atención y desarrollando estrategias que excedan las expectativas de clientes internos y externos, fortaleciendo su lealtad y permanencia.

Principales responsabilidades

- Supervisar canales de atención y garantizar el cumplimiento de SLA's.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y diseñar soluciones orientadas a la experiencia del cliente.
- Gestionar y resolver casos complejos en coordinación con áreas operativas y comerciales.
- Supervisar procesos de alta de agentes y promotores.
- Asegurar la disponibilidad de herramientas e infraestructura para la atención al cliente.
- Promover una cultura de control operativo y cumplimiento normativo.

Perfil que buscamos

- Licenciatura económico-administrativa o afín.
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente, operaciones o centros de atención.
- Conocimiento del sector asegurador y gestión de indicadores de servicio.
- Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando múltiples procesos operativos.
