IT Technician

Location: Club Med Columbus

You are

- Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in IT systems and technology.
- Service-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, able to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

You will:
- Provide technical support to GOs, GE and management across the resort.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, network equipment and other IT devices.
- Ensure IT systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained.
- Manage user accounts, access rights and basic system configurations.
- Monitor the resort's IT infrastructure and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Club Med IT systems and applications.
- Assist with IT-related projects,



upgrades and new technology deployments.
- Ensure IT procedures, security standards and company policies are followed.
- Provide technical assistance during events and operational activities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, incidents and interventions.
- Work closely with the headquarters and local teams to ensure a high level of IT service throughout the resort.

You have:
- Previous experience in IT support, technical support, systems administration or a similar position.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and common business applications.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks, Wi-Fi, printers and IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels or resorts is a plus.
- Ability to work versátil hours, including weekends or holidays when operationally required.
