We are an extension of this business located in Tijuana.

- Position Overview:
The Wellness Call Center Representative/Appointment Setter is responsible for handling high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls as part of our Annual Wellness Program.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact, scheduling tele-video and in-home clinician visits while effectively explaining the benefits of the program.
- Requirements:




Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
Fluent in both English and Spanish (B2)
Experience with customer service software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Valid Mexican identification and documents
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:40 PM
