Job Description

Educación: Formación técnica o certificación en mecanizado, operación CNC o un campo relacionado, junto con la formación básica

- Experiencia:5+ años de experiencia en el campo de las máquinas-herramienta (fresado, EDM, corte por hilo, rectificado o pulido).

Amplia experiencia en procesos de máquina-herramienta con un fuerte enfoque en la precisión y la eficiencia.
- Competencia en software CAD/CAM aplicado a la fabricación avanzada.
- Robusto capacidad para interpretar planos técnicos complejos y especificaciones críticas.
- Experiencia utilizando herramientas estructuradas de resolución de problemas (LCI u metodologías similares).
- Capacidad para analizar datos de producción y calidad, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones y al equipo

Mejora del rendimiento.
- Capacidad para trabajar con tolerancias estrictas y piezas de alta precisión.

Actividades

- Liderar y optimizar las actividades avanzadas de CAD/CAM para mejorar el rendimiento del mecanizado.
- Impulsar el rendimiento en la fabricación de moldes mediante la experiencia técnica y la optimización de procesos.
- Liderar y ejecutar operaciones avanzadas de mecanizado (CNC y/o convencional), asegurando el cumplimiento

con estándares de seguridad, calidad y producción.
- Realizar configuraciones complejas, optimización de parámetros y resolución de problemas para garantizar la estabilidad del proceso

y calidad del producto.
- Impulsar y apoyar actividades de resolución de problemas utilizando herramientas LCI, actuando como referencia técnica para el

equipo.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los compañeros (traspasos de turno, compartición de experiencias y

conocimiento).




- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de QEHS y promover una sólida cultura de seguridad y calidad dentro de

la zona.
- Analizar datos de producción y calidad para identificar tendencias, causas raíz y mejoras

oportunidades.
