Confie is a shared service center, originally from the United States, mainly in the areas of California, Nevada, and Arizona.
Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business.

Job Summary:
Home Office Customer Service Representative
Overview: In this role, you will assist clients with making appointments, setting up their products, and answering general questions related to Car Breathalyzer installations.
Schedule:
Training:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM
Important Note:
You will need to attend one month of on-site training.
During this period, training is fully paid.
After the training period, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment to work from home.
Operations Schedule:
- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday and Sunday off.

- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,



Friday, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday and -Saturday off.
**Requirements**:
Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment (required)
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
