We are an extension of this business located in Tijuana.

**Job Description**:
As a Health Care Representative, you will assist SCAN Health members by handling inquiries, transferring calls, sending documents, and explaining coverage plan benefits.
Providing exceptional customer service is key to ensuring a positive experience for all members.
Schedule:
Training and Operations: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM (Weekends Off)
**Requirements**:




- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (B2 level)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Must have valid Mexican documents
- Call Center or Medical-related experience is preferred
