**Job Summary**
Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is mandatory.
This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts for various projects.
- Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability in the testing process.
- Utilize SNOW for tracking and managing test incidents and defects ensuring timely resolution.
- Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Conduct manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Use Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking ensuring all issues are documented and addressed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices particularly in the Cards and Payments domain.




- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on testing progress and any issues encountered.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in using SNOW Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management.
- Have hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks.
- Exhibit strong manual end-to-end BPA testing skills.
- Show basic programming knowledge for automated test script creation.
- Have a solid understanding of the Cards and Payments domain.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Show the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.
- Have a proactive approach to continuous improvement and learning.
- Possess a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
**Certifications Required**
ISTQB Certified Tester Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)



or equivalent certifications relevant to testing and quality assurance.
