Desirable Experience, Capabilities and Success Factors
- Bachelor's degree
- Engineering preferably in a technical field.
- At least five years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
- Hands-on experience with quality management systems (QMS).
- Experience with strong background in the metal manufacturing environment, including metal cutting and grinding.
- Previous, solid experience and competence in root cause analysis and formal problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent writing/management skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, Minitab, etc.)
- Project management of proven competence.
- Working knowledge of engineering part drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerance




- Experience working in a lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
- In-depth knowledge of technical documentation.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit.
- Excellent analytical capacity.
