Analyzes production programs and estimates man-hour requirements to complete the assigned job.
Analyzes and solves work problems or assists workers in solving work related problems
Appraises the performance and recommends the appropriate development plans.
Recommends or initiates personnel measures such as promotions, transfers, dismissals and disciplinary Actions.
Maintains production and time records.
Meets with other Supervisors to achieve the coordination of activities between the individual departments.
Can assist in training new Workers.
Participate in the introduction of new products.
Actively participate and support continuous improvement activities.
Experiência y requisitos
Responsible of monitoring and fulfillment of the production plan, planning and coordinating the manufacture of the products, supervises personnel during assembly, packaging, process inspection, supervises the follow-up of company procedures,



regulations and policies, manages the resources of their assigned areas obtaining the expected results in quality, productivity and cost.
Analytical, logical thinking, lean manufacturing knowledge, quality tools, office knowledge and management (excel, power point, word), process control, 8D's methodology, softskills (comunication, influencer, leadership, teamwork, initiative
