- Implement and monitor production schedules and adjust workloads as necessary to meet production targets.
Maintain production e
- iciency by continually evaluating and improving processes and systems.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed, and that the working environment is safe for all employees.
- Manage quality control standards to ensure that products meet company and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed without excessive stock.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.




Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the household appliances industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Experienced in product line transfer preferred.
