**Qualifications**:
**-Minimum Experience**:
○ 2-5 years in ETQ Applications
○ 1-3 years in SAP Quality Module
○ Experience with temporary deviation processes or waiver processes.
○ Experience with NCM and CAPA Processes.
- **Technical Expertise**:
○ Expertise with SAP Configuration, Customizing ETQ Applications or any Quality Management Applications.
○ Implementation of SAP Quality notification based CAPA/NCM processes.
○ Experience in Interfacing Experience with SAP and External Quality systems.
○ Understanding of automotive quality standards.
**-Soft Skills**:
○ Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
○ Self-Motivated Team contributor




○ Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
**-Education**:
○ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field preferred.
