Key responsibilities
- Comply with the company's operational safety policy.
- Report safety events in a timely and proper manner (voluntarily or confidentially).
- Follow established protocols during emergency or crisis situations.
- Assist in implementing risk mitigation measures.
- Report hazards, events, or situations affecting operational safety in a timely manner.
- Follow instructions from safety response teams (brigades) during emergency response situations.
- Customize and update the maintenance program for each helicopter according to its configuration and installed components, based on manufacturer and aviation authority programs.
- Prepare technical service proposals requested by the planning department.
- Integrate airworthiness directives and technical bulletins (alert and emergency) for both helicopters and engines into technical proposals and maintenance services.
- Recommend the implementation of service bulletins that may be advantageous based on knowledge of the customer's operations.
- Keep all technical documentation forming service protocols up to date for aircraft undergoing maintenance at MRO AHMSA.
- Promote the updating of component records, directives, and service bulletins for aircraft undergoing maintenance at MRO AHMSA.
- Authority to verify work performed by maintenance personnel to detect potential errors in task card scheduling or applicability, and perform necessary corrections in the corresponding database.
- Support the execution of corrective actions in response to customer service complaints.
Requirements
- High School Education / Vocational Training (Essential).
- 1 year of experience in Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance.
- Maintenance Technician Class I (Essential).
- Maintenance Technician Class II (Avionics/Electrical) (Desirable).

Responsabilidades clave
- Cumplir con la política de seguridad operacional de la compañía.
- Reportar los eventos de seguridad en tiempo y forma (voluntaria o confidencialmente).
- Seguir los protocolos definidos antes situaciones de emergencia o crisis.
- Coadyuvar en la toma de medidas para la mitigación de riesgos.
- Reportar oportunamente peligros, eventos o situaciones que afecten la seguridad operacional.
- Seguir las indicaciones de las brigadas de seguridad ante situaciones de respuesta a la emergencia.
- Personalizar y actualizar el programa de mantenimiento de cada helicóptero de acuerdo a su configuración, partes instaladas y con base al programa del fabricante y autoridades aeronáuticas.
- Realizar las propuestas técnicas de servicio solicitadas por planeación.
- Integrar en las propuestas técnicas y en el desarrollo de los servicios de mantenimiento las directivas de aeronavegabilidad, boletines técnicos, (alerta y de emergencia) al helicóptero y motores.
- Recomendar la aplicabilidad de boletines de servicio que por conocimiento de las operaciones del cliente, pudiesen ser atractivas.
- Mantener actualizado los documentos técnicos que integran un protocolo de servicio en aeronaves en mantenimiento en el MRO AHMSA.
- Promover la actualización de los registros de componentes, directivas, boletines de servicio de las aeronaves que se encuentran en mantenimiento en el MRO AHMSA.
- Facultad para verificar los trabajos efectuados por mantenimiento, a fin de detectar posibles errores en la programación o aplicabilidad de las cartas y realizar la corrección en la base de datos correspondiente.
- Apoyar en la ejecución de acciones correctivas a las quejas de los clientes por el servicio.
Requisitos
- Bachillerato Técnico / Educación Vocacional (Indispensable).
- 1 año de experiencia en Mantenimiento de Aeronaves de Ala Rotativa.
- Técnico en Mantenimiento Clase I (Indispensable).
- Técnico en Mantenimiento Clase II (Aviónica/Eléctrico) (Deseable).
