Job Responsibilities:

REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO Escolaridad: Ingeniería en Manufactura, mecánica (deseable) Idioma: Inglés (Fluido-avanzado) Experiencia: 3 años como Ingeniería de: Procesos, Proyectos, Producto o Manufactura Conocimientos: Desarrollo del producto a nivel planta, análisis de diseño y concepto del producto, componentes para los procesos de moldeo por inyección de plásticos, termocompresión, detallado, procesos de ensamble e inspección, barrenado, pintura o cualquier proceso alterno para confirmar su factibilidad para actuales y nuevos proyectos. Desarrollo de la manufactura avanzada, definición y selección de maquinaria, equipo para nuevos proyectos y su administración, con base en el análisis de capacidad.



Administración de proyectos designados definición y diseño de nuevos procesos de manufactura y/o cambios para el lay-out de planta. Competencias Conductuales: Trabajo en equipo Comunicación efectiva Competencias Técnicas: Lean Manufacturing APQP Diseño de producto y diseño de proceso Administración de proyectos Conocimiento de los Procesos de pintura, inyección, moldeo y ensamble Manejo Software CAD 2D/3D GD&T; Manejo Core tools Manejo de especificaciones técnicas Portales de clientes (deseable) SAP BOM's (deseable) Principales tareas y responsabilidades: Análisis de factibilidad de los procesos asignados Definición de diagrama de flujo para nuevos proyectos Definición y diseño de nuevos procesos de manufactura y/o cambios para el lay-out de planta. Análisis de tiempos, cálculo de takt time y establecimiento de rates para nuevos proyectos. Análisis de tonelaje requerido para partes nuevas. Desarrollo de conceptos de manufactura para nuevos proyectos y cotizaciones. Desarrollo de prototipos. Control de dibujos y especificaciones de nuevos proyectos. Creación y control de base de datos de lecciones aprendidas y mejores prácticas. Desarrollo de RFQ’s para nueva maquinaria, moldes y equipo. Liderear revisiones de diseño de nuevos equipos. Coordinar actividades relacionadas al puesto con las áreas involucradas para los proyectos. Buy offs de equipos nuevos. Cumplir con el presupuesto asignado a cada proyecto. CERF's para proyectos de mejora. Gestión a la disposición de equipos de manufactura obsoletos.
